A: Your adoption pays for the care and maintenance of your tree(s) throughout the year, plus the bottling and packaging of your olive oil with your very own personalized label.

A:  As soon as we receive payment for your adoption, we will send you an email with instructions for choosing your personalized label. There are eight different background templates for you to choose from, four of which allow you to insert a personal photo if you wish to do so.

Q: Will I have to renew my adoption next year to continue to receive olive oil from my tree?

A: Yes. Adoptions are on a per year basis. We hope you will have enjoyed your experience with us so much that you will look forward to renewing your adoption each year.

Q: Can I visit my olive tree?

A:  We would love for you to visit your olive tree! Please use the "visit us" contact form on the website or email us with your requested visit date and we will make sure someone is at the orchard to show you around.

Q: Do you sell individual Olive Oil bottles?

A: Yes! They are available for purchase in our online store.

Q: I adopted a tree.  When will I receive my adoption package?

A: Your adoption package containing your olive oil, photo of the tree, and certificate of adoption will generally be prepared to ship within one week of your label selection, then shipped via UPS Ground (Please allow 3-4 days for UPS ground in the lower 48.  Please allow extra time during busy holidays.).  Tracking information will be sent to the email address you provide with your order.

Q: Will my tree's olives be separated from the others when they are pressed?

A: No. Your tree's olives will be pressed together with all the other varietals in the orchard in which it's planted. The olives are blended this way in order to create the perfect flavor you will love.
