The Balsamic Cocktails: How to Make

We've come up with a few options to make your champagne even more exciting this holiday season. So follow below to decide which is right for you!

1. The Easy Breezy Balsamic Champagne

This is the easiest champagne cocktail you could make. Just pour 1/2 ounce of Texas Hill Country Balsamic into a champagne flute, and top to the brim with the bubbles of your choice. Although our traditional balsamic is delicious combined with champagne, we highly suggest trying one of our flavored balsamics to add a little extra oomph, like our pomegranate or pear options!

2. The Balsamic Raspberry Royale

The Raspberry Royale is a classic Champagne cocktail. Surely you can imagine it's primary ingredient is, you guessed it, raspberry. But we make our Raspberry Royal slightly differently. Along with the traditional 1 teaspoon of raspberry liqueur, we add an additional teaspoon of our Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar to a champagne flute. Once you top that with bubbles, and perhaps a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of thyme, and you've got yourself a delicious and festive cocktail.

3. The Texas Hill Country 75

Who doesn't love a French 75? We've tweaked this classic cocktail to include our delicious white lemon balsamic. For this recipe you'll need:

The additional of this lemon balsamic adds another sweet yet citrusy note to this cocktail. So to make, just take your gin, lemon juice, balsamic, and simple and shake in a cocktail shaker with ice until it's well-chilled. Then you strain it into a champagne flute, top with champagne and a lemon twist, and you're ready to drink!

4.The Balsamic Poinsettia

The Poinsettia is a great holiday champagne cocktail. We've changed it slightly to incorporate our incredible Cranberry Pear Balsamic which adds a whole other layer of flavor!

  • 1/2 ounce orange liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce of Cranberry Pear Balsamic
  • 2 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
  • Finish off with bubbles
  • Fresh cranberries, for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish

To make this drink, add your orange liqueur, balsamic, and cranberry juice into your chilled champagne flute and stir. Then, you'll top your cocktail with bubbles, add your cranberries and rosemary, and ta-da!

5. The Balsamic Mimosa

Another easy cocktail recipe that is sure to be a hit: the Balsamic Mimosa. And it's so simple! Add a splash of a flavored balsamic and fruit juice, and top off with your bubbles of choice. Presto! You've got an amazing and untraditional mimosa right at your fingertips. Here are some of our favorite pairings:

There are plenty more pairings to play around with, but those juices are traditionally easy to find and won't break the bank!
