Our Mandarin Balsamic Vinegar has a sweet, slightly tangy flavor, just like biting into a freshly picked mandarin. No added sugars or preservatives. It is delicious drizzled over watermelon with fresh mint, on a salad of dark greens, or as a marinade for fish or chicken. Toss it into a martini or rub and experiment, we like to add freshly squeezed lemons and chopped cranberries to ours!

This is soooo good! I make a spinach salad with Gorgonzola, pecans, tomatoes and a nice ripe pear. I toss in olive oil and the mandarin balsamic vinegar.
