This is soooo good! I make a spinach salad with Gorgonzola, pecans, tomatoes and a nice ripe pear. I toss in olive oil and the mandarin balsamic vinegar.

This vinegar works for Mediterranean and Asian dishes and a wonderful addition to a marinade for Duck.
