Hill Country Gem!
Cathy and I came across Texas Hill Country Olive Company after hiking nearby for the day last year. Since then they have become a destination both at their store and at the local farmer's markets around Austin. We are hooked on the quality, taste and variety of their oils, Balsamic Vinegars, and associated treats! Their staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Try them out you will not regret it!
