delicious and versatile!
this is a really nice fruity but complex balsamic blend that i can use so many ways. below are tomato and red onion tart with this balsamic and some Ascolano evoo. little fresh cheese and basil. simple but made amazing by the cranberry pear caramelized onion and tomato. love it!

Wonderful!
Entirely unexpected, in the best way! I ordered four different balsamics (wild cherry, white lemon, and sweet lime being the others) and I honestly can't get enough. When I read "suggested uses" such as drizzling then on ice cream, I thought that to be ridiculous..... Nope. I get it now. These aren't the extreme vinegar flavor I'm used to. Salads, yogurt, fruit, smoothies.... I've been adding these to everything I can. I cannot say enough good things about these; and I'm no chef, just an average foodie.

Excellent flavor profile. I am also impressed with the thickness. Cheaper balsamics are much more watered down which is surely indicative of their quality and true flavor. Very happy with everything I've purchased thus far. My daughter; sister and I visited your store and cafe in October and I brought back numerous olive oils and balsamics to Vermont then.
