Our Fig Balsamic Vinegar has a smooth, nutty flavor, with rich currant notes. No added sugars or preservatives. It can be drizzled over a fillet, on top of grilled asparagus, or served with your favorite cheese. Toss it into a salad with some yummy goat cheese. Great on its own, or mixed in with one of our flavored oils. Lemon Infused is our favorite combination.

BEST Balsamic hands down
I lived in the Texas Hill Country for 16yrs. We loved visiting your place with family and friends. We also purchased over 20 trees from you over the years. The freezes eventually killed most of them. You have such a wonderful product and I miss you all so much!!!

Just Wow
We have had time to enjoy these balsamic vinegars. My 4 year old son is really enjoying these as well! And the oil is pure, rich and very tasty! We look forward to another order. We HIGHLY recommend the olives! They are not in the photo because they don’t last long in our house! Can’t wait to buy more!
