Reliable. Solid. Local.
My «gold standard» is Giuseppe Giusti «Banda Rossa»: this is the measure I judge all other vinegars by.
This one is on the path to be close enough had it been matured more and in various casks.
Why then did I still give this product five stars?
Go and check the cost of Giuseppe Giusti «Banda Rossa»: I cannot afford that vinegar to be my everyday staple.
This one is much more affordable (yes, you heard me right: even at the price you pay for this one it is not that expensive) for a very high quality product.
Pair it with Olio Nuovo and Five grains bread from Baguette et Chocolate for ultimately purrrfect pleasure.

Excellent balsamic vinegar
This is a very good balance. Excellent for salad, bruschetta, mixing with the Sola Stella.
