SHIPPING POLICY
We offer several shipping options, with prices varying based on location and service selected.
We ship to all U.S. states. Your order will ship within approximately 2 business days of placing it. Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information.
Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative method. Our rates are as follows:
- Free Shipping over $65 (within contiguous U.S. states) – Estimated arrival: 3-5 business days after order is processed.

Under $65:
- $6.95 flat rate – Standard Shipping (within Texas) – Estimated arrival: 3-5 business days after order is processed.
- $9.95 flat rate – Standard Shipping (within all other contiguous U.S. states) – Estimated arrival: 3-5 business days after order is processed.
- Price Varies – Standard Shipping (outside the contiguous U.S.) for orders to Alaska and Hawaii – Estimated arrival: 4-7 business days after order is processed.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Address errors or changes may incur additional fees. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered. If you believe a package was not received, please follow the Carrier Follow-Up for Non-Delivery steps outlined below.

CARRIER FOLLOW-UP FOR NON-DELIVERY
If your package is marked as delivered but was not received, we recommend taking the following steps based on the carrier used:
For UPS Deliveries:
- Confirm the delivery location using the tracking number. UPS often provides GPS delivery coordinates.
- Check with neighbors or building management to see if the package was left in a secure location nearby.
- Contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877 to file a delivery investigation.
- If needed, reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance with the claim process.
For USPS Deliveries:
- Verify the delivery location using the tracking number. Check with neighbors or building staff.
- Visit your local post office to inquire about the package and provide tracking details.
- Contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 or file a missing mail claim at Missing Mail.
- Notify our Customer Service Team if additional support is needed.
Please note that investigations may take up to 10 business days for resolution. We will assist you as much as possible but are unable to issue replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.
RETURN POLICY
Our Commitment to Satisfaction
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy for most items purchased directly from us.
Return Period
- 30-Day Return Window: Most products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition of Returned Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
Return Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customersuccess@texashillcountryoliveco.com. Provide your order number, contact information, and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
- Ship the Product Back: Pack the item securely and include the RAN. Ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method.
Refunds
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exceptions
- Final Sale Items: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
- For defective or damaged products, we offer exchanges. Please contact us within the return period to arrange for an exchange.
