Subscription Benefits

Billing & Payments

  • Payment Schedule: Charged automatically on the scheduled billing date.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email is sent after each successful payment.
  • Payment Issues: If a payment fails, we notify you via email; subscriptions may be paused until resolved.

Subscription Management

  • Modify Subscription: Update product type, quantity, frequency, or shipping address in your account at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Pause Subscription: Pause your subscription for up to three months without canceling.
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime after the first billing cycle at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours may take one billing cycle to process.

Delivery & Shipping

Subscription orders are processed within 3 business days of billing and shipped via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times vary by region (2–10 business days).

Shipping Costs
Free domestic shipping for all subscription orders over $65 in the contiguous U.S. Club shipments ($59.95) do not qualify.
Club shipments shipping rates: $6.95 in-state; $9.95 out-of-state.
International Shipping
Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Auto‑Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. We send an email 5 days prior to renewal with details of your upcoming order.


Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds: Subscription orders are non‑refundable once processed. Contact Customer Service for issues.
  • Returns: Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
