Billing & Payments

Subscription Management
- Modify Subscription: Update product type, quantity, frequency, or shipping address in your account at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
- Pause Subscription: Pause your subscription for up to three months without canceling.
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime after the first billing cycle at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours may take one billing cycle to process.
Delivery & Shipping
Subscription orders are processed within 3 business days of billing and shipped via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times vary by region (2–10 business days).
- Shipping Costs
- Free domestic shipping for all subscription orders over $65 in the contiguous U.S. Club shipments ($59.95) do not qualify.
- Club shipments shipping rates: $6.95 in-state; $9.95 out-of-state.
- International Shipping
- Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Auto‑Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle. We send an email 5 days prior to renewal with details of your upcoming order.
Refunds & Returns

- Returns: Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
