Hojiblanca is a beautiful monovarietal oil harvested from our youngest orchard in California. This oil is quite aromatic, with hints of green olive & tomato leaf. Buttery from the first sip and then unfolds into a delicate peppery flavor.

By far my most favorite EVOO! Very robust and spicy but the type that will enhance your food. I use mostly when what I am making will not completely drown out the flavor of the olive oil. Simply fantastic!
