Club Deadlines FAQ

Here's how Club deadlines work:

You’ll have a swap window each shipment cycle, and changes must be made before the posted deadline so we can pack and ship on time. Swapping is optional — each Club shipment is carefully curated with seasonal selections and recipes designed to help you get the most out of every product.

You’ll be charged automatically at the start of each Club shipment cycle. Once billing begins, we start preparing orders so your Club box can ship as quickly as possible.

Club shipments go out shortly after the billing window begins. Shipping timing can vary based on order volume, weather, and carrier transit times — but we work hard to get your box on the road quickly.

All swaps and updates must be submitted before the swap deadline listed on this page. After that point, orders may already be in progress and we may not be able to make changes.

Before the deadline, you can usually:

  • Swap items (if your membership includes swaps)
  • Update your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Make other account changes for your upcoming shipment

Yes! If your membership includes swaps, you’ll have a swap window each shipment cycle. Swap options depend on what’s available at the time (and some limited releases go fast!).

If the deadline has passed, your shipment will be fulfilled with the default selection for your membership (or your last confirmed choices), and we may not be able to adjust it.

Depending on your membership type, you may be able to skip a shipment. If skipping is available, be sure to do it before the deadline so your account isn’t billed for that cycle.

Yes — you can cancel at any time through your account. If you cancel after a shipment has already been billed and processing has started, that shipment may still ship as scheduled.

You can update your address anytime through your Club account portal. Just make sure changes are made before the deadline so your shipment arrives at the right place.

You can update your card in your Club account portal anytime. If a payment doesn’t go through during billing, you’ll receive an email prompting you to update it so we can keep your shipment moving.

No worries — you’ll be notified and can update your payment method in your account. Once payment is successfully processed, we’ll continue preparing your shipment.

Swap options are based on current inventory. If an item sells out, it may no longer appear as an option — but we’ll always have plenty of delicious choices available.
