Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Subscribe & Save Terms

These Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Subscribe & Save program. By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.
1. Program Overview
Subscribe & Save allows customers to receive automatic recurring deliveries of eligible products at a selected delivery frequency.
Enrollment may include discounted pricing on eligible products. Participation is voluntary and may be modified or canceled in accordance with these Terms.
2. Automatic Renewal and Billing Authorization
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you authorize Texas Hill Country Olive Co. to automatically charge the payment method associated with your account for recurring orders at the selected delivery frequency.
Recurring orders will continue until canceled by you or terminated by Texas Hill Country Olive Co.
Your payment method will be charged when each recurring order is processed.
3. Managing Your Subscription
Customers may manage their Subscribe & Save subscriptions through their customer account portal.
Subject to applicable processing deadlines, customers may:
• Skip a shipment
• Pause a subscription
• Change delivery frequency
• Update shipping information
• Update billing information
• Cancel a subscription
Changes must be submitted before the applicable processing date for the upcoming shipment.
Changes submitted after an order has entered processing may not apply until the next scheduled shipment.
4. Pricing and Discounts
Subscribe & Save discounts apply only to eligible products enrolled in the program.
Product prices may increase or decrease over time due to:
• Supplier pricing changes
• Ingredient costs
• Packaging costs
• Freight and transportation costs
• Tariffs and import costs
• Market conditions
• Other business factors
The price charged for each recurring order will be the price in effect on the processing date of that order, less any applicable Subscribe & Save discount.
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. does not guarantee that future recurring orders will be charged at the same price as prior orders.
Subscribe & Save discounts may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
5. Product Availability
Not all products are eligible for Subscribe & Save. Product availability cannot be guaranteed.
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. reserves the right to:
• Remove products from the program
• Limit quantities
• Discontinue products
• Modify product packaging
• Reformulate products
• Change product sizes
If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, future recurring shipments may be canceled unless an alternative product is selected.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Texas Hill Country Olive Co. may:
• Retry the payment method on file
• Contact the customer for updated payment information
• Delay shipment
• Suspend future recurring orders
• Cancel the subscription
Recurring shipments may not resume until payment has been successfully processed.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Subscribe & Save orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Shipping dates and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Supply chain disruptions
• Labor shortages
• Government actions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information.
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, returned, or misdirected due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from packages left unattended after delivery or exposed to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or other environmental conditions.
8. Returns and Refunds
Subscribe & Save orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Once a recurring order has been processed, it may not be canceled.
If a shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers should contact Customer Service within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
Approved resolutions may include:
• Replacement products
• Store credit
• Partial refund
• Full refund
• Other remedies deemed appropriate by Texas Hill Country Olive Co.
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste preference does not constitute a product defect and does not automatically qualify for a refund.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Texas Hill Country Olive Co. before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the matter.
Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel future subscriptions.
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions and refuse future participation where chargebacks are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
10. Program Changes and Termination
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Subscribe & Save at any time.
This includes the right to modify:
• Eligible products
• Discount percentages
• Program requirements
• Shipping schedules
• Pricing structures
• Program features
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. may terminate any subscription at its sole discretion.
Material changes will be communicated through the website, email, customer account portal, or other reasonable means.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Hill Country Olive Co.'s total liability arising out of or relating to participation in Subscribe & Save shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order giving rise to the claim.
Texas Hill Country Olive Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
12. No Waiver
Failure by Texas Hill Country Olive Co. to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any right to enforce such provision in the future.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any dispute shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Terms of Service.
