Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Olive Oil Club Terms & Conditions

These Olive Oil Club Terms & Conditions ("Club Terms") govern participation in the Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Olive Oil Club ("Club"). By enrolling in the Club, you agree to these Club Terms, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Membership Program

The Olive Oil Club is a recurring subscription program that provides members with quarterly shipments of olive oils, balsamic vinegars, specialty foods, and other products selected by Texas Hill Country Olive Co.

Membership benefits may include:

  • Member-exclusive pricing
  • Product customization opportunities
  • Early access to products
  • Exclusive promotions and offers
  • Special events and experiences
  • Recipes and educational content
  • Other benefits offered from time to time

Membership benefits may vary by membership tier and are subject to change at any time.

2. Automatic Renewal and Billing Authorization

By enrolling in the Club, you authorize Texas Hill Country Olive Co. to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring Club shipment until your membership is canceled in accordance with these Club Terms.

Membership automatically renews each billing cycle unless canceled before the applicable billing deadline and after any required minimum membership commitment has been satisfied.

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. may send courtesy reminders prior to recurring charges; however, failure to receive an email, text message, or other notification does not invalidate a scheduled charge.

Members are responsible for maintaining current payment information, billing information, shipping addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers.

3. Minimum Membership Commitment

The Olive Oil Club is offered with member-exclusive pricing, discounts, customization opportunities, and other benefits that are intended for ongoing members.

By enrolling in the Club, members agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) billed and fulfilled quarterly shipments.

Memberships may not be canceled until at least two Club shipments have been billed and delivered.

Cancellation requests submitted before fulfillment of the minimum commitment period may be denied until the commitment has been satisfied.

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. reserves the right to waive this requirement at its sole discretion.

4. Billing, Customization & Shipping Deadlines

Current billing dates, customization deadlines, swap deadlines, and shipping schedules are published on our Club Deadlines page and may be updated periodically.

Members are responsible for reviewing applicable deadlines before each shipment cycle.

Requests received after published deadlines may not be accommodated if order processing has already begun.

Once an order enters processing, changes to product selections, addresses, shipping information, or cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Product Customization & Swaps

Members may have opportunities to customize, swap, or select products for Club shipments.

Customization is a membership benefit and is not guaranteed for every shipment, product, member, or membership tier.

Available selections may vary due to inventory levels, seasonal availability, supplier limitations, product discontinuation, harvest conditions, packaging changes, or operational requirements.

If selections are not submitted before the applicable deadline, Texas Hill Country Olive Co. may send a curated shipment selected by our team.

Customization requests submitted after published deadlines may not be honored.

6. Pricing, Discounts & Member Benefits

Membership pricing, discounts, promotions, shipping rates, and benefits are subject to change.

Member discounts, promotional offers, customization benefits, and special pricing may not always be combined.

Certain customized shipments, substituted products, limited releases, specialty products, or promotional items may not qualify for standard Club discounts.

Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Product Availability & Substitutions

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. strives to provide the products described for each shipment; however, product availability cannot be guaranteed.

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary due to inventory shortages, supplier issues, harvest conditions, product discontinuation, packaging changes, quality concerns, or other operational requirements.

Product substitutions do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, Texas Hill Country Olive Co. may retry the payment method on file, request updated payment information, delay shipment, suspend membership benefits, cancel pending shipments, or terminate membership.

Membership benefits may remain unavailable until payment has been successfully processed.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Club shipments are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, governmental actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdirected shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the member.

We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from packages left unattended after delivery or exposed to excessive heat, freezing temperatures, or other environmental conditions.

10. Pause, Cancellation & Reactivation

After satisfying the minimum two-shipment commitment period, members may pause or cancel their membership through their customer account portal or by contacting Customer Service.

Cancellation requests received after a billing deadline may not prevent processing of an already scheduled shipment.

Once a Club order has been billed, processed, packed, or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Members may reactivate memberships at any time, subject to current pricing, availability, and membership terms then in effect.

11. Refunds

Club shipments are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

If a shipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, members must contact Customer Service within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Approved resolutions may include replacement products, store credit, partial refunds, full refunds, or other remedies deemed appropriate by Texas Hill Country Olive Co.

Dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste preference does not constitute a product defect and does not automatically qualify for a refund.

12. Gift Memberships

Gift memberships are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law.

Recipients are responsible for maintaining accurate shipping information.

13. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Members agree to contact Texas Hill Country Olive Co. before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we may attempt to resolve the matter.

Initiating a chargeback does not automatically cancel membership obligations or outstanding commitments under these Club Terms.

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships and refuse future participation where chargebacks are determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Club Terms.

14. Program Changes

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Club or any aspect of the Club at any time, including pricing, membership tiers, discounts, shipment schedules, product selections, customization options, eligibility requirements, and membership benefits.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Hill Country Olive Co.'s total liability arising out of or relating to Club membership shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for the shipment giving rise to the claim.

Texas Hill Country Olive Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

16. Governing Law

These Club Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any dispute shall be governed by the dispute resolution provisions contained in the Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Terms of Service.
