- 1/2 c basil leaves, chopped
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 t honey
- 3/4 c White Lemon Balsamic
- 1 3/4-2 c Basil Olive Oil
- Sea salt and white pepper, to taste
Combine the first five ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. With blender running, drizzle in Basil olive oil until the mixture emulsifies.
