Basil vinaigrette


1/2 c basil leaves, chopped
2 shallots, chopped
1 T Dijon mustard
2 t honey
3/4 c White Lemon Balsamic
1 3/4-2 c Basil Olive Oil
Sea salt and white pepper, to taste

Combine the first five ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. With blender running, drizzle in Basil olive oil until the mixture emulsifies.
