Love it on baked potatoes

Started using it instead of butter or sour cream on baked potatoes. I switch between the jalapeño olive oil and the black pepper. Also add on the spicy or regular olive oil salad and some cheese. Don't know if it is healthier, but it sure adds extra flavor.
