Excellent flavor profile. I am also impressed with the thickness. Cheaper balsamics are much more watered down which is surely indicative of their quality and true flavor. Very happy with everything I've purchased thus far. My daughter; sister and I visited your store and cafe in October and I brought back numerous olive oils and balsamics to Vermont then.

Love it!

For Thanksgiving, I drizzled this + Sola Stella olive oil over Brussel sprouts, carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower then roasted them in oven until done ~ DELICIOUS!

delicious and versatile!

this is a really nice fruity but complex balsamic blend that i can use so many ways. below are tomato and red onion tart with this balsamic and some Ascolano evoo. little fresh cheese and basil. simple but made amazing by the cranberry pear caramelized onion and tomato. love it!
