Ecommerce & Marketing Manager
We're hiring a full-ownership operator to run our ecommerce and marketing engine end-to-end. You'll own the health of our Shopify Plus store, retention program, social channels, wholesale marketplaces, and booking platforms, and communicate daily with the owner on what's working and what's next.
What You'll Own
- Ecommerce (45%): Shopify Plus catalog, merchandising, promotions, apps, and site performance. Order flow through ShipStation. POS sync for store and events. Wholesale on Faire and Airgoods.
- Email, SMS & Retention (25%): Klaviyo campaigns, flows, and segmentation. Skio subscriptions. Okendo reviews & loyalty. Rebuy upsells. Repeat segmentation & flows.
- Social & Content (15%): Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and X. On-site content at the orchard, bistro, and tastings.
- Tours, Events & CX (10%): Xola tour bookings, 17hats private events, Re:amaze help desk insights.
- Reporting & Communication (10%): Daily comms with the owner, a weekly scorecard, SOPs, and QuickBooks handoffs.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of hands-on ecommerce and digital marketing experience (food & bev or DTC CPG a plus).
- Demonstrated ownership of a Shopify (Plus preferred) store, not just posting.
- Strong Klaviyo experience: campaigns, flows, segmentation.
- Comfort with analytics and a bias toward action over reporting.
- Excellent writing. On-brand product copy, emails, and captions without heavy editing.
- Visual eye for merchandising and content; Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Competent, decisive, and low-drama. Communicates proactively.

- Passion for food, olive oil, or the Texas Hill Country.
