How It Works
- Quarterly shipments (February, May, August & November) - assortments of extra virgin olive oil & balsamic vinegar. **Usually consists of 3 products but may vary between 2 to 4 depending on contents.
- Cost per quarter is $49.95. Retail for the contents of each box is discounted by 20% or more.
- Flat rate shipping of $5.95 in-state or $8.95 out-of-state.

How many items are in a shipment?
Shipments typically include three items (1-500 ml EVOO, 1-250 ml EVOO, and 1-250 ml balsamic vinegar). The shipment also includes recipe cards created by our chef corresponding to the products in the club shipment.
Can I add items to my shipment?
Yes, you can add any item to your club shipment from our website as long as they are in stock.
How do I receive my member discount online?
After you subscribe you will automatically receive your discount anytime you are logged in.
If you are visiting the store please identify your self at checkout and our staff members will able to apply the discount once your membership has been verified.
Will I receive free shipping if I add items to my club shipment?
Yes, club orders totaling more than $59.00 will qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S.
Do I have to pay a membership fee?
There is no membership fee required to join the club. Your membership status is renewed each quarter when you pay for your club shipment.
Can I swap/delete items from my shipment?
Items can be swapped/deleted from the shipment online. Please be aware that the price of the box can change if higher-priced items are exchanged. We also require that you must purchase approx. $58 retail to receive the club member discount of 20% when purchasing online.
How do I know what is in the upcoming shipment?
You will receive an email approximately ten days before the beginning of a club month announcing the contents of the upcoming club box. The email also provides details on how to add/swap items within your upcoming shipment. Please remember to white-list texashillcountryoliveco.com in your email settings so that you do not miss any club communications.
I can't make it to the store to pick up my club box. Can you ship it to me?
Yes, we can ship the club box for $5.95 (in-state)/$8.95(out of state).
I live in the surrounding area. Can I pick up my club box instead of having it shipped?
Yes, please be sure to choose in-store pickup as your “shipping method” within your online account.
