We ship handcrafted olive oils, vinegars, and specialty foods from our ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas to customers across the U.S. and select international destinations. Here's what to expect when you order from us.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, within approximately 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, new product launches, severe weather, or other high-volume periods. We'll communicate proactively if your order is delayed beyond our standard window.
Note: Order submission confirms your order — it does not confirm immediate shipment.

Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive gifts.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, and Germany. International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees assessed by the destination country's customs office. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We do not control these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Customs processing can add several business days to delivery times and is outside our control.

Local Pickup
Skip shipping entirely. Select Local Pickup at checkout to collect your order at our tasting room:

You'll receive an email when your order is ready (typically within 1 business day).
Subscription Orders
If you're enrolled in our Olive Oil Club, Quarterly Club Box, or any other subscription, your orders ship on your selected billing cycle. You can update your shipping address, frequency, or skip a shipment anytime through your customer account before your next billing date.
Changes made after your order has processed cannot be applied to that shipment.
Address Accuracy
You're responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may incur address correction fees from the carrier and reshipment costs. We'll always reach out before reshipping so you can confirm the corrected address.
PO Boxes are supported for most orders, but oversized shipments may require a physical street address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible after submission. If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at customersuccess@texashillcountryoliveco.com or (512) 607-6512.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to make changes — but we'll always do our best.
Hot Weather & Temperature-Sensitive Products
Olive oil, vinegar, and specialty foods can be affected by extreme temperatures during transit. While our products are shelf-stable and packaged to withstand normal shipping conditions, we recommend:
- Retrieving packages promptly after delivery — especially during summer months
- Avoiding letting shipments sit in direct sun, hot vehicles, or freezing conditions
- Storing products in a cool, dark place once received
We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by packages left unattended after delivery or exposure to extreme temperatures after the carrier marks the order as delivered. If you're shipping to or from a region experiencing extreme temperatures, consider expedited shipping or local pickup.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.
If you believe a package was not received despite a delivery confirmation, please follow the Carrier Follow-Up for Non-Delivery steps below and contact us within 30 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged product(s)
- Photos of the shipping box and packing materials
- Your order number
We'll evaluate and resolve the issue — typically with a replacement or refund.
Carrier Follow-Up for Non-Delivery
If your package is marked as delivered but was not received, we recommend taking the following steps based on the carrier used:
For UPS Deliveries:
- Confirm the delivery location using the tracking number. UPS often provides GPS delivery coordinates.
- Check with neighbors or building management to see if the package was left in a secure location nearby.
- Contact UPS Customer Service at 1-800-742-5877 to file a delivery investigation.
- If needed, reach out to our Customer Service Team for assistance with the claim process.
For USPS Deliveries:
- Verify the delivery location using the tracking number. Check with neighbors or building staff.
- Visit your local post office to inquire about the package and provide tracking details.
- Contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777 or file a missing mail claim at usps.com.
- Notify our Customer Service Team if additional support is needed.
For FedEx Deliveries:
- Verify the delivery address and check signature requirements using the tracking number.
- Look around delivery locations — side doors, garages, leasing offices, neighbors.
- Contact FedEx Customer Service at 1-800-463-3339 to file a claim.
- Notify our Customer Service Team if additional support is needed.
Please note that carrier investigations may take up to 10 business days to resolve.
Product Availability
Inventory is not guaranteed until your order ships. In the rare case an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to offer a comparable substitute, hold your order until restock, or refund the affected item.
Free Gift with Purchase
When available, free gifts are offered on retail product orders when a minimum order threshold is reached (pre-tax, after discounts), while supplies last. Orders including Gift Cards, Olive Oil Club, or Quarterly Club Box subscriptions or renewals are not eligible. One gift per order; gifts vary; no substitutions; no cash value.
Wholesale & Other Channels
This policy covers retail orders placed through texashillcountryoliveco.com. Orders placed through wholesale platforms (Faire, Airgoods), private events, tours, or other channels are governed by the terms of those platforms or separate agreements.
