Ingredients
- 50 ml Aperol
- 75 ml Prosecco
- A dash of soda water
- 1 bar spoon Texas Hill Country Olive Co. Dirty Martini Olive Juice
- 1 orange slice
- 2 olives, for garnish
- Ice
Directions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice.

- Stir well for 15–20 seconds until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
