Looking for an easy to make salad that's in season all year around? This white bean and radish salad with an anchovy vinaigrette combines ingredients that are easily accessible, affordable, AND delicious.
A perfect centerpiece for a picnic or a side dish for roast lamb or chicken, this salad shows off the fresh green notes of Texas Hill Country Olive Co's Olio Nuovo.
This release is the unfiltered first pressing of the harvest, and when it’s gone, it’s gone. Its pure olive flavor and fruity aroma are mouth watering, and make a HUGE difference in this anchovy vinaigrette.
Sure, you can use any EVOO in the vinaigrette recipe, but Olio Nuovo is easily the best when it comes to balancing the anchovy and lemon notes.
