Baked Ricotta Dip with Texas Olive Oil and Balsamic - Texas Hill Country Olive Co.

If you need a party snack that is easy and delicious, than look no further than this baked ricotta dip!

Unlike your classic cheesy dip, we've incorporated some of our White Lemon Balsamic Vinegar into the cheese mix to create the most wonderful combination of lemon and ricotta flavors.

Sure, you can dip anything you want into this snack, but is there really anything better than toasted bread with a bit of Olio Nuovo Extra Virgin Olive Oil? It's our freshest unfiltered oil, so the flavor is truly like no other!
