Our Fig Balsamic Vinegar has a smooth, nutty flavor, with rich currant notes. No added sugars or preservatives. It can be drizzled over a fillet, on top of grilled asparagus, or served with your favorite cheese. Toss it into a salad with some yummy goat cheese. Great on its own, or mixed in with one of our flavored oils. Lemon Infused is our favorite combination.

This fig balsamic has the most amazing flavor! I'm so glad we found it at Whole Foods when we were visiting Dallas. We especially love the thicker consistency - it drizzles so nicely. I was excited to find the website and discover that there are more flavors. Yum!! 😋
