By crushing and mixing them together this allows the natural rich flavors of the garlic to blend with the olive oil, creating supremely fresh and rich garlic flavored olive oil. The best infused oil known to mankind
I put this in everything, it is pretty amazing. Cheese quesadillas or breakfast tacos are especially wonderful using this.

Awesome taste
I love to make roasted veggies and used the Garlic Infused Olive Oil to lightly coat my quarter cut, pretty small, Yukon Gold potatoes and a chopped shallot. And then roasted them in the air fryer for about 30 minutes. Just before serving I tossed the potatoes in a lemon vinaigrette that I made with the Spaniard olive and the Lemon infused olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper & rosemary. There were no leftovers. Definitely enjoying trying it out with different veggies and meats.
