Our new Reserve Bourbon Barrel Balsamic Vinegar was created by aging our traditional balsamic vinegar in Bourbon barrels from Garrison Brothers Distillery in Hye, Texas. It is incredibly versatile with a full, rich taste and subtle spiciness. Use it in a marinade for grilled meat, use it to dress a salad, or drizzle it over your favorite ice cream. We know you will love it as much as we do. Pairs with just about everything.

Great vinegars and oils

I’ve tried a number of oils and vinegars and love them all. Their balsamics are all top of the line. My favorites are the traditional and the Bourbon balsamic. They ship quickly and have always arrived in perfect condition. I’ve given both oil and balsamic as gifts and they are appreciated!

Beyond Incredible!

I’ve had the great fortune to travel to Italy where I experienced some of the most amazing balsamic and this little bottle of magic easily rivals anything I had there! Perfect for dipping or a finishing drizzle on roasted pork. So good!
