Posole (or Pozole) Verde is a Mexican stew in a green chile broth. We opted for pork in our recipe, but chicken is also a viable option. After making this delicious and spicy soup, you top it off with an array of ingredients, like jalapenos, avocado, and radishes. And do you know what sets our posole verde apart from the rest? The addition of our jalapeno infused olive oil! It packs an additional kick to this spicy fiesta soup.

2. Wild Mushroom Soup
Wild mushrooms are the perfect soup base to achieve a meal full of umami flavors. Our version is made better with the addition of thyme, shallots, and a healthy dose of garlic infused olive oil. This soup is also incredibly creamy, without the addition of any dairy! Olive oil and mushrooms are the perfect combination, and this soup is the proof you need.

3. Creamy Cauliflower Rosemary Soup
How is a cauliflower soup this creamy without dairy, you ask? The addition of both Arborio rice and rosemary infused olive oil add an incredible smoothness to the broth. On top of that, the rosemary, garlic, and lemon additions add such a wonderful flavor. It's the perfect creamy vegan soup!

4. White Bean and Celery Stew
This is a different take on a bean soup, and boy, is it delicious. The white beans, celery, tomato paste, cayenne pepper, and basil infused olive oil combine to make a soup packed with flavor. If you're not keeping gluten free, the addition of some croutons on top add a nice crunch.
