    Oh My My

    Ok here’s an easy recipe that will rock your meal. Two pans: yellow squash, zucchini, broccoli florets in an olive oiled pan with garlic salt, pepper, and chosen spices. Nearing the end of your cooking, you add 4 tablespoons of Texas Hill Country Persian Lime Vinegar and mix the Vinegar in. In a separate pan, use vegetable oil and cook the desired number of Argentinian Shrimp until cooked. Once cooked, add the shrimp to your vegetables and you’re ready to eat. We top ours off with a dusting of Parmesan cheese. See and taste what you can get! The Persian Lime Balsamic Vinegar with the shrimp and vegetables is outstanding!

    perfectly balanced and versatile

    you know the summer cucumber onion vinegar combo many of us grew up with? THIS balsamic changes things completely!!! I mean, i loved the original, but this adds so much depth of flavor! below is my last garden cucumber, purslane and basil with persian lime balsamic and olio nuovo. i’ve used this balsamic to add a perfect aromatic lime acidity to seafood, salads, steamed veg and chicken. used it for a crunchy veg and herb flank steak topping as well. No limits with this one!

    Seafood Baby!

    We are huge fans of Persian Lime Balsamic. Using the Persian Lime with our seafood, most notably with items like Argentinian Shrimp, have elevated the already there shrimp flavor to a new level. Actually bought another bottle when we used the great taste with our sole & halibut. This is a must use product for us.
