It grows on you

At first, I wasn't too enamored with this olive oil, as it has some sweet grassy notes (which I assume is what description is what is being referred to as notes of hibiscus). But I did fall completely in love with it, in the end.

I expected a much stronger flavor for this one. It must have been a 2021 harvest oil, so it mellowed over the year.
