perfectly balanced and versatile

you know the summer cucumber onion vinegar combo many of us grew up with? THIS balsamic changes things completely!!! I mean, i loved the original, but this adds so much depth of flavor! below is my last garden cucumber, purslane and basil with persian lime balsamic and olio nuovo. i’ve used this balsamic to add a perfect aromatic lime acidity to seafood, salads, steamed veg and chicken. used it for a crunchy veg and herb flank steak topping as well. No limits with this one!
