Ingredients:½ c Blood Orange Olive Oil½ c sugar½ c light brown sugar1 ea egg1 tbsp vanilla extractpinch sea salt1 ½ c all-purpose flour1 ½ tsp baking soda1 c dried cranberries¾ c white chocolate chipsMethod:1. Preheat oven to 350°.2. Using an electric mixer or stand mixer, whisk together blood orange olive oil, light brown sugar, and sugar. Add egg, vanilla extract, and sea salt and beat until smooth.3.
